Spilt Milk has been a life saver in so many ways. It took me a while to sign up because I was nervous about hiring sitters who I hadn't personally vetted. But once I started using them I wished I had started so much earlier! Ever sitter we've had has been sweet, skilled with the kids, and trustworthy. The SMN system is really easy to use, the rates are reasonable, it's been incredibly valuable.

We have used Spilt Milk Nannies for the past five years and have had a wonderful experience. The website is super easy to use - I can easily search to find availability plus the bios are super helpful in understanding who the nanny is. We have used multiple nannies over the years and always found them to be professional, helpful plus super caring for our children. I highly recommend Spilt Milk!

I worked with Spilt Milk for three years while attending school and I have to say it was the perfect job for me! The convenience of posting your schedule and the ability to pick up shifts on a free day or night are two of the great features Spilt Milk offers. I would highly recommend choosing SM if you like spending time with kids and are needing to earn some extra money. Thank you Spilt Milk!!

I have been with Spilt Milk since the Fall of 2017 and have nothing but great things to say about this service. It is so fun and rewarding to work with so many different families in the Seattle area. My husband had a heart attack last weekend and it was so much help to have Julie with me on Monday and Wednesday to help with the kids so I could take care of the other things that needed attending to. Thank you so much for making it possible to arrange for help during a difficult time.

We love SMN and use the service as our primary childcare. I am an emergency physician with wildly varying hours, my husband works in tech with lots of travel and we have a 10 month old son. The sitter team in just incredible — smart, reliable, flexible, excited to work and get outside. We have used some sitters several times but we also love the variety of faces and skill sets. 5 stars

Our daughter is especially shy and in a "mama only" phase - and Neah handled the entire transition from her arrival to my leaving like an absolute pro and my daughter woke up from her nap asking when Neah could come back to play!

If you are like us (dual-working parents without family nearby) then you know the struggle. We are new subscribers to the Spilt Milk service and used it when our current nanny took an extended trip. I couldn't have been more pleased. The nanny's were professional, lovely, followed our instructions, and our son was happy. Plus the service was super easy to use. What more can you ask for?

Finding a reliable, long-term source is child-care is nearly impossible in Seattle. Before finding SMN, I would spend weeks and weeks searching for the right child-care provider. Now, all I have to do is sign in to SMN, and I can access to a cadre of well-qualified, trustworthy candidates who have already been vetted. It has truly been a game changer for our family.

As a college student, finding a job that is fun, flexible, and fulfilling can be difficult, but Spilt Milk has checked all of those boxes for me!

All the nannies we've met via SpiltMilk have been great, but Jessica was extra easy to talk to. I often feel awkward meeting new people and I had none of that with Jessica. I will definitely try to work with Jessica again!

I have used spilt milk nannies since 2013. It is an amazing resource for busy working moms. Its online scheduling cannot be beat. I have used spilt milk 126 times (!!!!) and incredibly, every nanny has been on time and done a great job with my two exuberant kids. The owner, Erin Kelly, is amazing. I highly recommend spilt milk nannies!

Well, maybe not actually saving lives..but certainly restores sanity! We had such a hard time nailing down sitters and nannies before being referred to this company. If it wasn't an unreliable person who was late or over priced, it was someone with a questionable background. EVERY SM Nanny that has shown up at our door has been five stars, all across the board. I am so very impressed with all the ladies we've had the pleasure of working with! Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love working for SMN! As a college student SMN has allowed me to have a very flexible schedule that is not provided by many other jobs and I have met some of the nicest families and children through the service. I could not be happier to be a part of this team!

SpiltMilkNannies has been an amazing resource for my husband and I. We LOVE Seattle, but our entire family lives in California which makes the childcare category of raising a little one pretty daunting. We first used the services when our daughter was only 5 months old. We were able to choose someone with infant experience, who also knew sign language as a bonus! We have used the services several times when I need a break, we need a date night, and most recently just to focus on tax paperwk!

Spilt Milk has been a life-changing service for our family. We've had them for date nights, school pick ups, kid outings, help at home when a parent is ill - you name it. It's so easy to book a nanny with this website, and all of our experiences with the nannies have been stellar. Erin, the owner, is very responsive to any needs or questions we may have. Our kids are always excited when a Spilt Milk nanny is coming over. I can't recommend them enough!!

I just started using Spilt Milk Nannies about 6-months for occasional date nights and errands. When my regular child care arrangement fell through, I started using the service for my erratic work schedule. They have been amazingly reliable and every nanny that has to our home has been engaging, outgoing, and my children have responded so well to each of them. Words cannot describe how happy I am that this service exists in my city!

We recently moved to Seattle and Spilt milk Nannies helped us so much by allowing us to run errands, look for a house, a car, etc without boring the kids. They took the kids to the park, to buy ice cream, to the Children's Museum, etc. It really saved us all. We are extremely thankful to Erin and the fantastic group of girls at Spilt Milk Nannies. This service is a heaven sent! No more begging for references from your mommy friends--they won't give out their nanny's info anyway. They are just as overwhelmed as you are. We've used 5 different nannies from this service over the past 3 months and every single one of them was professional, caring and fun. Scheduling is convenient and easy and the hourly rate is more than fair. Thanks, Erin, for setting up such an amazing company!

We've been using SMN for almost two years now and cannot be happier. The Nannies are professional, attentive of my child and mindful of executing our needs. Love all the girls and especially recommend our favorites: Erin, Krisitn, Kestin, Charlotte, Kylie and Chrystina. Erin does a wonderful job interviewing and sure that the other Nannies whom we have not met are just as perfect as those we have met. Highly recommend SMN.

I have been so happy with SpiltMilk since I started using them a year ago! My boys are always so excited to tell me about all the fun activities they did with the nanny. Erin has done such a great job working with me when I need to adjust my schedule or find other nannies when someone becomes unavailable. Benita has nannied for us on several occasions now. We always pick her when we get the chance. Not only is she fun and very caring with our son, she is great with our dog, and ALWAYS leaves the house super neat and clean. She is polite, professional, and reliable. Every Spilt Milk nanny has been on-time, professional and engaging. Never a missed appointment and only good reports from the little guy. Last time, our 2 year old son was so excited to see our nanny that he told me "please go, mommy!" so he could get started on play time.
