What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain the application’s codebase
• Collaborate with the Erin McDonald, the business owner, to plan, scope and prioritize new features
• Use JavaScript and Ruby on Rails to write website code
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users or identified through monitoring

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• 2 years of fulltime experience working with Ruby on Rails and Javascript
• Familiarity with version control systems -- Github and Heroku
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
• Willingness to track time worked
